What your bot does all day
Only places that fit
It reads every listing and checks your must-haves before it pings you.
Scams and gone places stay out
Prices that are too good to be true get blocked. Places that are probably taken get flagged.

They found their place
“After 2 days of apartment hunting, i got a notif at 3, one tuesday morning, i sent a request to book, and when i woke up a couple of hours later, the landlord accepted my request.”
KCTrustpilot “I started getting tons of good matches right away and was one of the first to message on a lot of them. After a few weeks I had some viewings lined up and actually found my new place through stayscout! Stayscout sent me notifications for listings on sites I didn't even know existed.”
GeorginaGoogle
“Very useful! I was looking for an apartment for more than 2 months and couldnt get anything. One week with StayScout was all it took for me to find the aparment I needed. Great app!!!”
MihaGoogle“I’ve found a place in the Netherlands within a week once I used Stayscout. It will send you an alert as soon as a suitable place is online so you get to apply first while you don’t have to check the website all day long. Genuinely recommend and absolutely worth the money!”
AnjaTrustpilot
“I couldn't find an apartment before, but with the help of this app I got it in 2 days, I highly recommend it...”
ŽigaGoogle“After spending so much time constantly checking different Facebook groups for new apartment listings, joining new groups, refreshing all the time so I wouldn’t miss anything, and trying to be one of the first to message the owner just to maybe get a viewing, I decided to try this platform… Compared to before, I definitely spent less time scrolling through listings, and I even ended up getting more viewings.”
KarinGoogle
“We spent months refreshing housing sites and getting zero replies. So we built the bot we wished we'd had.”
Frequently asked questions
Is StayScout a rental website?
No. StayScout doesn't list homes. It's a bot that watches the sites where homes are listed and tells you about new ones that fit your search.
Which sites does it check?
More than 200 sites and Facebook groups across our cities: the big rental portals, smaller local and agency sites, and the housing groups where people post rooms.
How quickly will I hear about a new place?
As soon as the bot finds a listing that fits your search, it sends you an email or a push notification, whichever you turn on.
Does it write my message for me?
It helps. Answer a few questions once and StayScout drafts your intro message. Edit it until it sounds like you, then copy it whenever a new place comes in.
How does it handle scams?
The bot filters out listings that look like scams, such as prices far below the going rate, and hides listings other searchers report. Still, never pay anything before you've seen a place.
Can I stop once I've found a place?
Yes. Tell the bot you found a place and it stops searching. You can cancel your plan from your account at any time.
